Join us as we explore the lessons learned during our efforts to monitor and remove the highly invasive aquatic plant, Eurasian Watermilfoil, in Grand Lake, NB. Our Project Coordinator, Juan Sanchez, will summarize our findings. Then, guest speaker Dr. Meghann Bruce from the Canadian River Institute will share her expertise on the challenges of controlling EWM and the initiatives being organized to address this issue. ![]()

Eurasian watermilfoil, or EWM, is THE invasive species to know in New Brunswick waters, and we're acting accordingly! We are currently monitoring for EWM at various coves and in-flows in the Grand Lake area. If you'd like to help with our monitoring, you can reach out to [email protected]!![]()
