Hello, everyone! As the days grow shorter, we thought you might appreciate a little biological knowledge and some recaps from the summer's activities in the Jemseg Grand Lake watershed. We're starting off with a general-knowledge guide to EWM – Eurasian water-milfoil!![]()

Eurasian water-milfoil, also known in the field as EWM, is an aggressively invasive plant originally from Europe that is steadily spreading through our waterways. It's one of the main species of interest in the JGLWA. Future posts will delve into our monitoring and removal studies!![]()
